glad you guys all enjoyed yourself today from the start as you all fall in at 5am!
i suppose the bow ties were something really fresh and nice? ((:
great journey from the start and despite long waits,we treasured it.
i hope this doesnt act as depresser but rather a motivation force to drive you guys onwards!
2007 is not even halfway to the end yet!
enjoy what is planned ahead of you by God and be thankful for everything.
be thankful for having such a great conductor to such great pals.
learn to cherish. :)
its a growing experience and we'll move on from here!
adventure awaits you all ahead!
good playing and skills do not come overnight.
it takes time and last minute work doesnt help.
so the advice to the band right now is work on everything and the problem spots.
preparation for syf 09 should start now and not months nearing to syf.
cultivate the quality sound right now and you will get there in the year 2009!
even if you are a sec3 and wont be around for the year of 09, start all the preparation work with your juniors!
only then will you guys get there! if the current zwinds had the positive attitude from the beginging or mid last year,the results today would have been what you all had yearn for.
so get going now! :)
enough of tears for the day and time to get back to reality!
work towards the future and not dwell in the past!
ps. do you know national day preparation every year starts on the next day after the year before?
so it means to say last minute management wont get you there but rather consistent practice to excel.
so come on zwinds!
